Middleditch takes 'Road to Nardo'

Middleditch "L.A. Noire" Exclusive: Just days after being named among Variety's 10 Comics to look at, Thomas Middleditch ("Splinterheads") has arrived the title role in Columbia Pictures' comedy "Route to Nardo." "The Hangover" scribe Scot Remedy can make his feature pointing debut using the film, which follows two roommates who visit great measures in order to save friends with them Nardo, who's naked and stranded in Mexico.Neal Moritz, Ravi Nandan and Remedy are creating the project, that also stars TJ Burns ("Yogi Bear") among the two buddies.Project marks the 2nd studio pic Middleditch has reserved previously month, as director Josh Schwartz lately cast him alongside Victoria Justice in Paramount's "Fun Size." Thesp, who regularly works in the UCB Theatre and attending college Humor videos, just wrapped Paul Weitz's adaptation of Nick Flynn's memoir "Another Bullshit Evening in Suck City" for Focus Features.Middleditch is repped by WME and Kirsten Ames Management.
