Lindsay Lohan: Im Doing My Community Service!

I just want it to be known, that just because I was not followed&photographed during the times Ive gone to community service, does NOT mean that I wasnt following my obligations (by going) to the court, the 25-year-old actress wrote in a post on her WhoSay page on Tuesday. As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, according to the Associated Press, Los Angeles City Attorneys spokesman Frank Mateljan said the recommendation for jail is due to Lohans termination from a downtown womens shelter, where she was previously doing community service. The actress is reportedly now doing her community service work at the American Red Cross. The actress spokesperson declined to comment when contacted by Access Hollywood on Tuesday.
